    Most consults will take place during business hours (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.

  • Which state(s) license do I need?

    The remote provider must have a license in the state the patient is located. Registered dieticians will need to be licensed in select states based on their state licensure mandates.

  • Do I need to be a member of Fountain to do consults?

    No, you do not need to be employed or affiliated with Fountain. You will be a sub-contractor of EmOpti.
