How many consults per month must I perform?
You should be available for at least one consultation per month to remain an active provider within the Provider Network.

Most consults will take place during business hours (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.

Which state(s) license do I need?
The remote provider must have a license in the state the patient is located. Registered dieticians will need to be licensed in select states based on their state licensure mandates.

Is this HIPAA compliant?
Yes, the consult process is HIPAA compliant. Providers are required to sign a subcontractor Business Associate Agreement as part of the application process and attest to HIPAA training.
